Anoka County Sheriff James Stuart signs off for the last time on 12-30-2022. Sheriff-Elect Brad Wise is to be sworn in on 1-3-2023 after James Stuart chose not to run for a fourth term. James Stuart will be the Executive Director of the Minnesota Sheriff Association beginning in March of 2023.
